  • Items are eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or color variations of the same product (subject to availability).

  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds may be granted if items are returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

5. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address (customer bears return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
