We sincerely apologize to all our international customers, but Zarwir currently does not offer exchanges or refunds for international online orders. To ensure you shop with confidence, we provide detailed product information and images. Exchange Policy (Local Orders)
Any item purchased online can be exchanged from our physical stores within 14 working days of delivery, provided you present proof of purchase (receipt included with your order). Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with all tags intact.
Final Sale Items
🔹 Please Note: Clearance items are final sale and available in limited quantities.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
- Single-piece articles (e.g., Shalwar, Shirt, Dupatta sold separately)
Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
- Exchanges will be processed at the current price of the item (not the original purchase price).
Refunds
Zarwir processes refunds within:
- 7-15 working days for debit cards
- 2 billing cycles for credit cards
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank directly for assistance.
