How do I place an order?
Shopping at Zarwir is simple and convenient. Browse our collection and select your desired item. Choose your size, then click 'ADD TO CART.' Once you're ready, click the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top. Review your items, make adjustments if needed, and hit 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
Do I need an account to shop?
No account is required — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you enjoy perks like:
- Order tracking and purchase history
- Faster checkouts with saved details
- Exclusive updates and offers
How do I create an account?
Click 'Sign Up,' fill in your details (fields marked * are mandatory), and you’re set. Once registered, log in anytime to manage your account.
Can I edit my account details?
Yes! Go to 'My Account' to update your shipping address, phone number, and other details.
Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize your privacy and never share your data with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
I forgot my password — what now?
No worries! Click 'Forgot Password' on the Sign In page and follow the steps to reset it securely.
What payment methods are accepted?
Zarwir accepts:
- Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal All payments are encrypted via SSL for maximum security.
Which currencies can I pay in?
- Orders within Pakistan: PKR
- International orders: USD, GBP, AED
How long does delivery take?
- Pakistan: 3-5 working days (7-8 during sales)
- International: 8-10 working days
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we don’t offer same-day delivery.
Why did my item disappear from the cart?
Adding an item to your cart doesn’t reserve it. If it sells out before you check out, it may no longer be available.
Is my package insured?
Yes — your order is insured against theft and damage while in transit. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes?
- Pakistan: No duties or taxes — free shipping on all local orders.
- International: Duties and taxes depend on your country’s regulations.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We deliver to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — before dispatch, you can change sizes, update details, or cancel your order. For prepaid orders, cancellations are allowed within 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your Order ID. Use it to track your order status on our website or by contacting Customer Care.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We currently don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, contact Customer Service within 7 days for an exchange or store credit (excluding shipping fees).
Will I get a full refund?
We don’t issue refunds but offer store credit of equal value for faulty or damaged products returned within 7 days (shipping costs excluded).
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Contact Customer Service immediately. We’ll arrange an exchange or provide store credit for the same value.
Do you offer a repair service?
Yes! We offer complimentary repairs within one year of purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?
Currently, we do not offer gift cards.
